Delete Account

Mole Shop is developed by Ramadhani Yassin. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, follow the steps below.

1. Open your email app and compose a new message to yasynramah@gmail.com
2. Use the email address that is registered with your Mole Shop account.
3. Set the subject line to: "Account Deletion Request"
4. In the body, include your full name and the phone number associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
5. Send the email. We will process your request within 7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted. During processing, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems:

• Full name and username
• Email address and phone number
• Delivery addresses
• Order history and receipts
• Payment method details
• Account settings and preferences
• Saved items, wishlists, and favorites
• Customer support correspondence

Certain information may be retained for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes:

• Transaction records — retained for 5 years as required by Tanzanian tax and accounting laws. These records are anonymized and cannot be linked back to your identity.
• Communications — copies of emails or correspondence related to pending disputes, fraud investigations, or legal obligations may be retained until the matter is resolved.

Retained data is stored securely, anonymized where possible, and only accessed when required by law or for legitimate business purposes within the permitted retention period.

• Irreversible: Account deletion is permanent. You will not be able to recover your account, order history, or any associated data after deletion.
• Pending obligations: Ensure all pending payments, deliveries, and disputes are resolved before requesting deletion.
• Save your data: Download or save any order receipts or invoices you may need before submitting your request.
